Hi, im Chelsey, One half of VOWD. As you've contacted us, you probably know this already, but let me tell you some things you may not know so that we’re better introduced.
Im originally from Tunbridge Wells & moved to the sunshine coast Eastbourne. Myself & my partner have our son Jaxon, our cat Ripley & our Whippet pup Dennis. Ive always had a passion for all things Beauty & Editorial. I remember as a kid, I would get my mum to buy me the latest VOGUE magazine and I had them stacked in my bedroom for
years. Ive worked in the bridal Makeup industry since 2017 & I feel like taking that knowledge and experience into wedding photography has given me a beauty edge! I will always seek out the best lighting, and angles to make EVERY bride look her

Sophie Jade Abramson
Hey! I’m Sophie — co-founder of Vowd, part-time mental health worker, full-time mum, and lover of all things creative. I grew up in Crawley, West Sussex, but made the move to sunny Eastbourne in 2017 to be with my fiance, and I’ve been loving life by the sea ever since. I’m mum to Luna, our newest little bundle Fox (born April 2025), our husky mix Layla, and Oscar the snake. Photography has been a huge part of my life since my late teens after discovering photography and videography at college. What started at the age of 18 as a creative outlet has grown into a real passion. I’m especially drawn to conceptual and editorial-style photography, and I’ve always loved playing with mood, storytelling, and visual impact. I shot my first wedding back in 2012, and bridal photography has been a core part of my work ever since.
These days, I juggle work, family life, and carving out time to keep creating — whenever and however I can.
